Vintage J Michaels Black Maxi Skirt

In good vintage condition. A couple very tiny thread pulls only noticeable up close in day light. Tag says size 12 but vintage sizing. Waist 15”. If I had to guess maybe size 8. Nice slit at the back. Lined but fairly lightweight. Nice wide belt loops to add statement belt. Timeless capsule wardrobe piece.
