In excellent preowned condition beautiful and stylish vintage fedora hat. From J. Wallnofer in Baden Baden, Germany. Elegant black waterproof felt wool with a contrasting olive green band. It is clean, with no issues and perfect for this fall and winter. The circumference for size was measured by placing the measuring tape on the inside edge of the hat's head hole and pulling the measuring tape in a circle until both ends of the measuring tape met.
