Vintage Jamar California 1961 ceramic Victorian lady figurine

Lovely figurine of beautiful women in a large poofy Victorian dress . Stamped Jamar California 1961 also stamped with someone’s name and 1974 hard to read both but they are there . I believe it’s a hand painted mold . She’s in wonderful shape but has a few flea bites (chips) nothing overly noticeable or that takes away from her .
