Vintage virgin wool blanket parka by James Bay Handcrafted by James Bay Coat & Blanket Corporation on historic Hudson Bay in Quebec James Bay is the southernmost part of Hudson’s Bay, and was the site of the first Hudson’s Bay trading post. The James Bay Coat & Blanket Corporation was established in Quebec and employed Inuit craftspeople to embroider and stitch appliqués to the coats.
