Vintage Japan Daffodil Teacup and Saucer, Small Bone China Cup and Saucer Set

This is an sweet little floral English style teacup and saucer set from the 40's. The cup and saucer are both made of thin bone china and hand painted with pretty pink Daffodils. The cup is very dainty with a slightly scalloped rim and petite handle. Both have raised leaves in the porcelain and both are trimmed in gold. This is a small demitasse teacup set that could also be used for espresso. "Japan" is printed in gold on the bottoms. Saucer: 4 1/2" diam. Cup: 3" diam. rim, 11/2" tall Some paint loss due to age.
