Vintage wooden, hand made intarsia and black lacquer chinoiserie jewelry box. Inside the rectangular mirrors reflect the lovely ballerina and companion who turn when the music plays. In excellent condition with music box in working order. The music will continue to play for a few seconds once the box is closed until the melody finishes. The box opens and closes perfectly well. There is no key. The box is in very good vintage condition with minor signs of age. The inside is clean and the lacquer is still very shiny.
