Vintage Japanese Dress reworked by local sewer. Sz 2-4

Excellent condition, can’t see a flaw in fabric, no fabric tag but some kind of poly rayon blend typical of 1960s dresses, with triacetate lining. Part of a series of vintage reworked dresses that a local sewer made 9-10 years ago. Zip front with decorative buttons and neck tie. See pics for measurements.
