Vintage Japanese Funny Saying Sweatshirt

This is a fun sweatshirt bought in Japan in the 90s when tops with funny English sayings were super popular. I can’t read the fabric or care tag, but I believe this is a cotton blend. The tag is marked large, but please check the measures as this is a vintage piece. Flat pit to pit is 19” Length is 21.5”
