Vintage Jaques (London) Pegged Travel Railway Chess Set

The John Jaques Company of London is a historic games manufacturer that has been making chess sets for nearly 200 years. This vintage set is made of a wooden board and plastic pegs in a box with metal hinges and latches. The inside still looks almost new, except for a few dents on the flocked liner on the top. The cover has a few blemishes and one frayed bottom corner, but overall the set in very good condition. Size: 6 3/4” x 5” x 1 1/8”
