This tie-front shrug from Jessica is so lovely and versatile! A great fit with a preppy wardrobe, especially if you're going for a balletcore look. Made in Canada. Condition: EUC. No flaws that I can spot. I will note that there is a strong perfumey smell. I have washed the piece, but the perfume smell remains. It should fade over time, and can likely be remove easily, but if you are scent-sensitive, this may not be the best piece for you. Materials: 92% Polyester 8% Spandex P2P is very flexible given that this is a tie-front shrug and has a high spandex content Shoulder to hem 13.75" This polyester-spandex blend has LOTS of stretch.
