Vintage Jessica Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kaeella. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Bought it from a live show and unfortunately it didn’t fit me the way I had hoped! Navy blue dress with shoulder pads that can be cut out, cute ruffles at the bottom, button detailing at the sleeves, and a keyhole closure at the back. Measurements: Pit-to-pit— 52cm. Length— 106cm.
