Vintage Jessica Dress

A navy vintage Jessica dress. Cap sleeves and knee length with a modest neckline. The size says 16 but it fits my loosely as a size 10 US. A back zipper and no elastic waistband. It's a great summer dress to pair with a cardigan for the workplace This is one of my favorite dresses but it is too big on me now. I will 100% repurchase it if I find it in a smaller size.
