Vintage Jessica Floral Midi Dress

Elegant women's dress featuring a vibrant floral pattern in black, pink, red, and other colours! It’s extremely flowy and flattering at the bottom. Size 8 petite from vintage Jessica brand! Waist is 15.5 inches The neckline has been hand sewn to reveal less, but this can easily be undone with a seam ripper. I added a picture showing that the belt used to be sewn in the middle to the abdomen but that it has come undone; this does not show but can easily be restitched! Other than the two things mentioned, it is in great condition!
