I honestly have no idea what this is. I got it at an estate sale in a old jewelry box.
Not even sure if it’s gold plated or real gold. I’m guessing it’s plated.

it was used to clip gloves to a purse!

normally there’s another chain threaded through that hole in the middle, with a clip to attach it to the purse. Then the hand clasp holds your gloves.
