shannondobney44 @themrsbuhler No I don’t believe hat it is waterproof because it is silk on the inside and the outside material just doesn’t feel waterproof! You’re right it’s A-Line! Sorry this was my Mother in Laws so I don’t know that much about it! Length from shoulder to hem is 51.5 inches. Hope this helps!
