Vintage Joseph Janard skirt size S

Really pretty skirt with full lining. It’s vintage, from German designer Joseph Janard. It feels like silk, but I think it a synthetic material. There is no materials tag, so really hard to tell. A beautiful piece of clothing. Fits small as it’s from the 80’s. See pics for measurements.
