What a find! I'm so sad that this doesn't fit me! A vintage original Joseph Ribkoff Petite in size US 5 with a khaki olive green material with union label! No stains or tears! There are shoulder pads attached, however, with a seam ripper, you could easily remove them (see picture 7)-I am willing to do this for you at your request. Would be so cute with a pair of dress pants, or even jeans and some cute ankle boots!
