Vintage Joseph Ribkoff Polka Dot Skirt

This vintage skirt by Joseph Ribkoff is made of 100% polyester has a solid black lining with a sheer black and white polka dot exterior layer. The skirt has a hidden side zip closure, a sheer bottom frill, and is well tailored. I've seen pictures that suggest that this skirt originally came with a matching jacket, but it is nowhere to be found. The skirt has gentle wear and is in good condition. This piece is marked as a (vintage) size 8 but fits and measures like a size small (worn at the waist, not the hips).
