Vintage Joseph Ribkoff Velvet Maxi Dress

Absolutely stunning velvet maxi dress with a mock neck and shoulder pads. Dress is a midnight blue with an intricate design throughout - almost like tonal paint spots - it’s so stunning! Size 8 please see measurements as it fits closer to a 6. Great condition except for a small nick on the back as shown in the picture. Closet is a deep midnight blue, not black!
