Vintage Joseph Ribkoff made in Canada fitted red dress 10 runs small

Good used condition. Bright red viscose blend dress without stretch. Back zipper, gorgeous neckline detail. A couple of small dark marks on the bottom front (see photo 10 - they were hard to capture but they are noticeable). Has shoulder pads. This is marked as a size 10, but I believe it runs slightly small - please see photos for measurements.
