The brown ruffles with beaded accents throughout just make this jacket. The turquoise metal buttons with their intricate detail are in great shape with no chipping. Sleeves are a bit wider to allow something to be worn heavier underneath. 80% cotton, 15% nylon, 5% spandex. Hand wash and hang to dry. Tag states a size 12.
