Vintage KD Medium Blue Stretchy Pull-On Denim Jeans

Good preowned condition, medium blue denim jeans by KD (?). These look to be from the Y2K era, but I could be wrong. Labelled as vintage. I will try to research more about this mysterious brand. There doesn't seem to be any stitching at the hems which is interesting. Not sure if they were modified as the finish is very clean.
