Vintage Kates maxi skirt with flaws

Swishy maxi skirt with a vibrant multicolor pattern: orange, light orange, tan, white, dark navy blue. Skirt has two bright orange belt loops and a back zipper with button closure. Can't be sure, but it looks to be from the early 80s. Label is Kates, a vintage Canadian brand. Please note some imperfections--see the photos: - The zipper and waist closure were removed and replaced at some point, but inexpertly. - One belt loop is partly detached. - The back seam is missing a few stitches. I am not able to fix the belt loop or modify the zipper, but I can sew the back seam if needed. However, you might want to fix it yourself and change the zipper, etc. to your liking. Please let me know. Material: triacetate Measurements: 11.5" waist, measurement taken flat (waist has NO stretch) 38.5" length approx Vintage size 7/8, which is like XXS today Item comes from a cat-friendly home.
