A promo from Kellogg's cereal, this plastic Garfield pencil topper is in good condition. Perfect for use or to add to a collection. Garfield's side handle moves eyes, arm and leg up and down. Marked ©️1978, 81. No cracks or condition issues. Good working order. Topper measures 2 5/8” high x 2 1/4” wide. Screws onto pencil.
