Vintage Kilt and Vest set Tartan skirt and Weskit Red Plaid

1970s skirt and vest set made of a light-weight wool tartan with red, green, and white plaid colors. The pleats are sewn down until 8" from top, and the fabric buttons are in great shape, no signs of wear. The hem is finished by hand with seam binding, the vest is fully lined. One extra button sewn into seam. Vest pockets are decorative. Condition: There are 2 small mends, one on each upper shoulder (last picture). these blend well into pattern. Labels/tags: There is one size label "12" at the back waistband Measurements - Skirt: Waist 32", although this is the style where buttons can be moved. Hips 21.5" taken flat seam to seam at 7" down from waist Overall length 25' Vest: Shoulders measured flat edge to edge: 15.5" Bust from underarm seam to seam 20" Waist 16.5" measured flat seam to seam This is an authentic Vintage piece purchased from MamaLovesYouVintage thus, some wear exists but in excellent condition.
