Ruffle around bottom trim. Silky feeling thin and semi-sheer satin fabric. 100% Polyester Chest - 21" across at underarms. Waist - 24" across. Hips - 26" across. Length from top of shoulder to hemline - 41". Great vintage condition - a few minor snags but no holes or stains.
