Vintage La Belle Plum Dress

Late 80s/early 90s wrap dress with velcro shoulder pads for easy removal without having to commit. Very good vintage condition, no notable rips or stains. Made in the USA 🇺🇸 Unfortunately, the tag is quite worn and I do not know the marked size or fabric. It's a comfortable material, not at all scratchy. My guess would be a cotton or polyester blend. Unsure about the size?
