Vintage Lace and Muslin Blouse

This is such a special piece! Constructed in panels of beautiful floral lace and lightweight muslin. This blouse has a lace collar, which closes at the back with two hook and eye closures, leaving a nice keyhole opening at the back. The body tapers slightly to the waist, and is finished with a lace waistband. An original design from Tita Maria's New Orleans. Vintage, good condition, with a couple of notes... there are a couple of tiny spots, all pictured. One on the shoulder, two on the front, though the front spots are super faded and very difficult to see. I try to be ruthless in my assessment of flaws! In addition, some repairs have been made to stop the lace from coming apart in a couple of areas near seams. This will only be evident under close scrutiny, but you may find the odd end of a lace thread sticking up here or there near the seams. As you can see, it presents beautifully.
