Vintage Lacquered display stand fan-shaped

Vintage Lacquered display stand fan-shaped Made of lightweight plastic. Very glossy lacquered base. Gold coloured fan-shaped background slots into base. Cherry blossom tree plus stylized waves in gold burgundy white bright orange red colours. Gold metallic paint details. UNIQUE piece for displaying whatever you treasure. So pretty on its own. I think it was made in Japan. Gently used. There are some scratches and scuffs on the base. Please see pictures.
