Vintage Ladies Faux Suede Tan Jacket Fits like sz M No Size Tag See Measurements

This ladies jacket is in very good condition all around with no stains or damage, and no significant signs of wear. But it's missing all tags (brand, fabric, care, size). I would say this fits like a medium (for reference, I wear a large in most jackets and a medium or large in tops - this jacket fits me fully buttoned with a t-shirt underneath but I wouldn't want it to be any smaller and probably couldn't wear it comfortably with a thick sweater).
