Vintage Ladies Trench Coat Yellow(ish) Fits Like sz M - See Measurements GUC

This ladies trenchcoat is in good condition all around with no stains or marks, no damage, and no significant signs of wear. But it doesn't have any tags - no brand tag, size tag, fabric tag or care tag. I'd say it fits like a medium - for reference I typically wear a ladies large in jackets and a medium to large in shirts, and this trench fits me and buttons comfortably with a t-shirt underneath, but I wouldn't want it to be any smaller and it probably wouldn't be as comfortable with a thick sweater.
