Laid flat: Measure from one armpit across the front to the other side of the armpit. 2. Laid flat: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the leg opening. 3. Waistline: measure the back of the waistband from one side to the other, and double the number. 4. Inseam: measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle.
