Vintage Laurence Kazar Beaded Black & Gold Dress

This vintage short sleeve dress by Laurence Kazar is stunning and, if it is like similar pieces by the same maker, it is likely a silk exterior with a polyester interior. The top of the dress has a gold beaded criss cross pattern that also features dangling tear drop shaped pearls. This pattern covers the front of the dress's top half and the sleeves, but not the back. The remainder of the dress has a squiggly pattern that is beaded with very small black beads. The dress has padded shoulders, a back zip and hook & eye closure, a slit at the bottom of the back to allow for movement. This beauty does have one issue, which is visible in the 2nd last picture: a seam has come undone on one side. The dress is currently being sold as is (at a lower price) because of this issue. If you're good (or even just okay) with a needle and thread, which is really all you need here, this may be for you. There is a chance that some beads are missing as there are so many, but there are no patches that stand out. This piece is not marked with a size but fits and measures like a size small.
