liaalex @ohisntitlovely Hi! The waist of this dress measures about 29 inches. Yes, as long as I have owned this dress it has been in a smoke free home, however I am not the original owner of this vintage dress, so I don’t know where it was in its former life. But I do not feel this dress has any smoke damage/issues. It’s in great vintage condition. 💜
