Vintage Leather Wallet with Nautical Design

Vintage leather wallet featuring a nautical design. Rich brown and red colors. Engraved and painted leather, made in India. Leather lace stitching around edges, button snap closure, two inside pockets and 1 zippered pocket. Good vintage condition, the leather is still supple, would benefit from cleaning and a polish. Some minor wear noted, please see all photos. Possibly example of age old Shantiniketan craft which was introduced in West Bengal, India during the 1940s but not confirmed.
