Vintage Lego Elephant Republican Bobble Head Coin Bank Flaws

This coin bank bobble is pre-owned and in used condition. The head has damage. The head has multiple cracks around the neck, it was reglued in multiple spots and there is a big scratch on top of the head. There is stains, marks and damage to it but it still bobbles as it should. Please see all photos for exact item. It is approximately 7" tall.
