@cassandra_kidd hello! I uploaded a picture on the listing comparing the shorts with a Levis 501 size 25 and they are almost the same size, so I would say it fits smaller. I hope that helps.

@cassandra_kidd my waist is 29.5 inches and my hips are 93 inches and the shorts fit me (but very tightly)
