Made in Canada, from the 90s. 🇨🇦 Medium Wash Marked sz10M, but waist is more for a 28-29", 8-10US. Here are the approx measurements: Waist - 14.5" Rise - 11" Inseam - 27" (appears altered) Width of Bottom Hem - 9.25" Condition: Some paint splotches near bottom, as per pics.
