Made in the USA of soft pebbled black leather. Thick leather, with silver coloured accents, well made and durable. Shoulder strap is adjustable and clips onto purse. Magnetic closure, one zipper pocket on front and one on back. Inside is a pouch of the part that does not have a zipper.
