Vintage Light Teal Milky Beaded Necklace

Necklace is in Ok used condition Necklace is made up of plastic light milky teal beads, however, necklace does have a film on it from something which I'm unsure of. When you touch the strand it feel tacky, not sure if the beads are supposed to feel this way. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. There is also a small metal "arm" at the top by the button seal, I have no idea what that is/was for. Necklace is a true infinity necklace it cannot be opened by a fastener, this is one solid loop, please note the way the necklace is wrapped in the cover photo is for DISPLAY only, necklace is unable to be wrapped twice around the neck, necklace does not stretch.
