Vintage Limelight Embroidered Dress/Tunic

Vintage Limelight Embroidered Dress/Tunic with slits on either side. See photos. Colours are cream, off white and blue and yellow. Condition is very good but there is a stain on the front bottom. See photos. Has not been dry cleaned so spot may come out. Tag has faded so I am unable to see size or material. It feels like silk or soft linen/ rayon. Measurements are in the photo section.
