Vintage Limoges France T&V Tressemann & Vogt Handpainted Signed Planter

This vintage Limoges T&V (Tressemann & Vogt) planter vase is simply stunning! Waterlily pattern on pretty blue water background with iridescence. Beautiful example of art deco ceramics that would be a wonderful addition to any home. In "as found" condition and has not been cleaned. Slight wear visible to rim, consistent with age. No chips or cracks. Unusual large size, 6" high, 25" circumference at widest part and a 6.1" opening. Stamped T&V LIMOGES FRANCE. Signed "Handpainted By ?.E. Theakston Halifax, Nova Scotia, 1939". First initial letter of artist is illegible.
