Blue striped linen blend pencil skirt. Great casual piece that can also be dressed up. Perfect shape and hits just above the knees. withflowers @maureenparker it's a linen and cotton blend so not super stiff but not really stretchy. The hips are a bit wider then the waist measurement. sometimes if I'm not sure, I measure something of a similar fabric in my closet that I like the fit of to compare. I can give you the widest hips measurement in the morning.

maureenparker @withflowers thank you. That would help. I did compare the measurements to a jean skirt I own and they were exactly the same except the jean skirt has some stretch. The hip measurement would be helpful.
