Vintage Lingerie Dress

This is just the coolest vintage piece I’ve ever seen. Vintage dress made in Montreal for a lingerie shop. Gives big 1970s or bikini bottom of SpongeBob vibes! It says lingerie but I would definitely wear this out and about. Could also be worn as a vest. Little discolouration on the right shoulder barely noticeable with all the colours.
