Vintage Little Black Lace Dress

Brand tag says Paris Sylva but I can’t find anything about them. Labeled as Taille 1 but I’ve listed it as a 0. Bought it 30 years ago from a sweet old lady but haven’t worn it in too long now. This beauty should be with someone who will show it off! The design on the body of the dress is subtle and gorgeous! The lace top has one small hole in the back but is otherwise in perfect condition!
