Vintage Little Golden Books, Poor Condition

These books are in poor condition, I rescued them from a poor storage situation,but they have had a significant amount of wear. This includes and is not limited to smelling musty, failing bindings, smudges, marking in books. Please ser pics. These may have some craft or decoupage purpose, or perhaps you knowhow to recover or restore them? As is, well used vintage Little Golden Books,too good to toss, but not recommended for kids.
