Vintage Lochcarron Children 80s Blue Velvet Wool Tartan Plaid Sleeveless Dress 8

Vintage 80s Lochcarron dress made of wool woven in Scotland. Blue Velvet on the bodice. Eyelet detailing. Sleeveless. Children’s Size 8 (not sure if this is US or UK sizing-see measurements below). I wore this as a child in the 80s and it has sat in my mother‘s closet for years. There is a stain on the velvet that I have not tried to get out. Please see photo. The stain is muted so hard to see.
