Vintage Lou Ritchie of Montreal Velvet Full Length Coat

This is a very nice quality vintage 1970s dark blue maxi coat made in Canada by “Lou Ritchie” . The fabric is of a medium weight and the coat is fully lined in blue satin. This velvet maxi coat does up with four buttons within an eight button double breasted configuration. The coat has a small squared lapel when the top button is undone and also has a wide, pointy collar that can be worn up or down. The velvet maxi coat has a decorative belt at the waist that is joined by a crossed metal link. There is a slash pocket built into either side. The coat is cut to fall in drapes.
