Vintage Lucerne Marbled Root Beer Plastic Cuff Bangle Clamper Watch Works

This is a very fun 1960s or ‘70s cuff Watch signed Lucerne. It is a hand winding mechanical watch and is currently running although I have not had it serviced nor have I timed it for accuracy. Cosmetically it is in good previously loved condition—there is some surface scratching but because it is plastic it could easily be polished out.
