The pen holder on top is a classic black plastic, which fits a wide range of standard sized pens, but it comes with a brand new black and gold toned vintage styled ball point pen. (writes blue). The holder can hold various positions and fold flat when not in use. Perfect for a bridal reception table, guest book signing, home desk, telephone table, hallway table, reception office desk, etc Not marked for a maker or country.
